These initial
photographs were taken in the previous garden. Having moved house
in November 2008 to a house with outdoor space but no productive
garden, so we are starting from scratch. Our first cherry tree
was planted here on 26th December 2008 (Boxing day), along with
a plum tree, pear tree and two apple trees.

Above:
cherries can be clearly seen but the tiny ones are mostly
landing in the mini-pond.
Left:
04/06/08 and there are still cherries to be seen. I've been
watering the fruit trees as there have only been two wet
days over the past 4 weeks or so. Yes, this is Scotland
and yes, it has been hot and sunny for most of May and the
start of June.
