The dramatic image is of Lester Piggott riding SHADEED to victory in the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket in 1985 for Sir Michael Stoute. As the title suggests, this was thought likely to be Lester Piggott's last classic win but he was to return 7 years later to win the same race on Rodrigo de Triano.
